Shooting Stars Photography specialises in newborn, baby and children’s photography. To capture these special moments in your little one’s life, get in touch for more information. Shooting Stars Photography is owned and run by me, Anna-Helena Taskinen. My passion is to create wonderful and everlasting memories of those, you love the most, to cherish for years to come. All services are provided in English.

I am a mother myself to my beautiful son Roman and he is the inspiration behind everything I do. Prior to my photography career I lived in UK for 15 years and worked as a senior radiographer in hospitals. I love working with children and it is my absolute dream to be able to call this my job. I have a great understanding of safe handling and posing of babies and I am a proud member of Baby and Newborn Photography Association (BANPAS).

BANPAS promotes safe working practices amongst newborn and baby photography. I have attended newborn photography training workshops by leading UK newborn photographer Russ Jackson and international award winning UK photographer Tracy Willis. The studio is based in Innopoli 1, Otaniemi, Espoo. The studio has been made comfortable for parents to relax during the shoot and maybe enjoy lunch in the onsite restaurant afterwards. Parking for customers is free.

The studio has samples available to see the high quality photography products for sale. The prints, canvases, frames and photo blocks have been carefully selected from reputable partners well know for their outstanding quality. The standard size products have set prices but if a customer would like a different size/style product we can work together to achieve this.
